Please note: In order to save paper, we no longer print packing slips. Please keep your e-mail confirmation for your records and reference it for confirmation of your order.


Orders will be shipped within 2 business days unless there is a delay due to product pre-sales, products out of stock or on backorder. Once a package leaves our hands, Beyond Routine, LLC. cannot be held responsible / liable for any carrier delays or lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for lost shipments. Please make sure your drop-off mail location is secure and the shipping address you've provided is correct.

We are not responsible for orders shipped incorrectly to submitted addresses. 
Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Please allow for slower shipping times during the holidays, around Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.

Shipping times to international destinations may take up to 8 weeks, longer in some cases. We do not include Import duties, taxes, or other charges in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.


We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information once an order has been received. Please contact us at info@beyondroutineplanner.com within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item. Our policy lasts 30 days after receiving the product. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@beyondroutineplanner.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We are required to charge sales tax in the state of Texas, as well as Melissa Municipal Tax in Texas. Please note sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses within this state.


We respect your privacy! When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you provide in order to fulfill your order. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary source, such as marketing, we will provide you with an opportunity to decline. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide s with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, your purchase information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it often. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
